Frances was such a sweet lady. I got to know her when I worked at Bethel Presbyterian and she was just one of the kindest people you will ever meet. It was a blessing to have known her.
I was sorry to hear that Frances had passed. She represented me after being itnvolved in a multi vehicle accident on I-85. I was not at fault but the State Troopers were amazed that I walked away from my Corolla which was nothing but scrap metal after being hit three times. When dealing with Frances I soon realized I was more than just another client to her. The community has lost a wonderful and caring person. RIP Frances.........William St. Arnauld, Charlotte
