Frank DeRoo's Obituary
Francis "Frank" DeRoo, 82, of Charlotte, NC died June 26, 2011 at the Levine Dickson Hospice House. He was born on March 5, 1929 to Pauline DeRoo in Manchester, NH and was raised by his loving foster parents Frank and Elvia Eaton.
Francis was employed as a commercial photographer and plate maker. He was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Parish in Manchester. Francis served his country during the Korean Conflict as a member of the United States Air Force and served the community as a Cub Scout Leader and Advancement Chairman for Boy Scout Troop 135 in Manchester, New Hampshire.
He is survived by his wife Violette DeRoo; sons, Kenneth DeRoo and wife Marie of Peoria, AZ, Daniel DeRoo of San Diego, CA, Donald DeRoo and wife Linda of Newtown, CT, Keith DeRoo and wife Cathy of Bedford, NH; daughter Carol Campbell and husband Kevin of Salem, NH; 8 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
A service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Levine Dickson Hospice House, 11900 Vanstory Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078.
