Gail Knox's Obituary
Gail Sides Knox, 83, of Mooresville died July 31, 2025. She was born on July 2, 1942 in Iredell County to the late Arthur Sides and Ruby Beaver Sides. She served as the choir director at Bethel Presbyterian Church for many years and was actively involved in the life of the church. Gail was a devoted school teacher for her entire career.
Survivors include her husband Steve Knox; son, Brad Knox and wife Heather of Mooresville; grandchildren, Ryleigh and Caroline. Her son Blair Knox and her husband Jimmy Knox preceded her in death.
Memorials may be made to Bethel Presbyterian Church or the S. Mitchell Mack Hospice House.
A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, August 3 at Bethel Presbyterian Church with burial following in the church cemetery. Visitation will follow burial in the Family Life Center.
