George Philip Beasley's Obituary
Mr. George Beasley, of Huntersville, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024, at the age of 79.
Lovingly called Geb by those who knew him, he was a native of Northern Virginia and originally from Washington DC. George had a long career as a bank official until retirement, and loved to study history, and science in his free time. He was a faithfully devoted Christian and a loving husband and father. George adored his English Setter dogs, swimming in the ocean, and watching a good movie with his friends in a beautiful movie room he set up at home. He was preceded in death by his parents Lyn Beasley and Lynda Bisset.
George is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Carol Beasley; their children, Brandon Beasley, and Whitney Conley; grandchildren, Camille, and Chip; brothers, Skip, Steve, John, and David; sister, Maryann, and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at George and Carol’s home at a later date.
