Gregory Thomas Ervin's Obituary
Gregory Thomas Ervin, 63, of Mooresville died August 2, 2018, at the Brian Center. He was born on February 9, 1955, to Maxine DeWitt and the late Harold Ervin.
Greg was a founding member of Living Word Fellowship, Favor Center and spent time in missions and loved the Lord. He was a well known tile setter in the greater Charlotte area and had a great love for hunting, fishing and golf in his spare time. Greg has spent the last few months surrounded by his loving and loyal wife, Mary, of 42 years, his children and family and friends while under the care of Regional Hospice of Catawba and most recently Hospice of Iredell.
Survivors include his wife, Mary ; son, Ryan Ervin and wife, Dezeree of Mooresville; daughters, Mara Ervin of Cramerton and Christie Niglio of Hickory; siblings, Cheryl Mills and Kim Nichols, half brothers, David and Tony Watkins and half sister, Wendy Watkins Taylor and six grandchildren, Anna and Emily Fowler, Isabella and Julliano Niglio, Ariel, and Lauryn Ervin. He was preceded in death by a grandchild, Michaelyn Fowler.
A funeral service will be held at 11 am, Tuesday, August 7, at James Funeral Home, 10520 Arahova Drive, Huntersville with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Crown Memorial Park in Pineville.
