Hans and I first met in the 80's. We didn't much care for each other at that time. He was Walt Glendenning's best friend and Walt was one of my best friends. I worked for Walt. Over time, I began to understand Hans' personality and sense of humor. When Walt died, Hans ended up taking over his business. I was then Hans' employee. That was in Goleta, Ca. Eventually, Hans and I moved the business to Ontario, Ca. I worked for Hans for 17 years in Ontario before he told me to either get a real job ( hahaha) or buy him out. By this time, we had become good friends, and he gave me a deal on the business that I couldn't refuse. He then became my employee while I trained a friend to help me in the shop. We had remained friends ever since. I will miss him. My condolences Kendra.
