Ida Cantrell's Obituary
Ida Bradford Cantrell, age 82, of Huntersville, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at her home in Manassas,
Virginia.
Ida was born on March 26, 1929 in Huntersville, North Carolina to the late Cecil DeWitte Bradford and Loma Alexander
Bradford. She is predeceased by her parents and her husband Morris Thomas Cantrell.
Survivors include her two sons: DeWitte A. Baisch and wife Debbie of Jacksonville, Florida and Bruce B. Baisch and wife Cindy of Stafford, Virginia. Grandchildren include Alex Baisch (Emily), John Baisch, Kelly (Susan) Baisch, Susan Baisch, Bruce Baisch, Jr., and Rachel Baisch. One great-granddaughter, Miriya Baisch. Also, many nieces and nephews.
Ida was an avid knitter and gardener. She had a great love for family and friends, and liked to entertain them.She was a remarkable woman, always ready with a great story or wise advice.
There will be a graveside service at Ramah Presbyterian Church Cemetery on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ida B Cantrell Memorial Fund Honoring DeWitte A Baisch of the North Florida Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
