Martha Irene Hilton, 93 of Huntersville died October 15, 2014 at the Summit Place in Mooresville. She was born on June 2, 1921 in Nash County, NC to the late John and Blanche Wells. Survivors include her son, Bill Cleaton and wif Read Obituary
I use to work at summit place as a CNA before working as an RN. Irene was one of my favorite residents who would always make me laugh and one of the reasons why I enjoyed coming to work. It makes me sad that she has left this world but there is no doubt in my mind that she is an angel in heaven with the lord. Prayers and love go out to her daughters and son during this holiday season.
I am so sorry to hear about your mom, Irene. She was such a nice lady and reminded me so much of Marie. Her voice sounded the same as Marie's. I know that you will miss her and you are in my thoughts and prayers. As you may know, my mom, 92, passed away the 18th of September. I was really involved in her care and she lived at home all of her life. It is never easy losing someone you love, but losing your mother is especially hard. Take care and lean on each other.
