Jack Hailey's Obituary
Jack Robert Hailey, 83, of Statesville, formerly of Huntersville, died September 8, 2022 at Atrium Main. He was born on February 8, 1939 in Mecklenburg County to the late James and Viola Hailey. He served in the US Navy and owned an office machine company.
He was preceded in death by his wife Sarah Frances Hailey.
Survivors include son, Harold Hailey and wife Janet of Troutman; daughter, Ginger Everhart and husband Jeff of Lexington; sisters, Charlotte, Delores and Pam; grandchildren, Edward (Sarah), Julie (David “Speed”) and Molly; and great-grandchildren, Hudson and Henry.
Memorials may be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children, Greenville, SC.
A funeral service will be held at 4 PM Sunday, September 11 at James Funeral Home with burial following at Mt. Zion Community Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-4 PM prior to the service.
