Jim Kniffen
My wife and best friend, Jacqui Kniffen passed away on November 13th at 11:30 AM. She had been suffering with a degenerative neurological condition for 3 years following breast cancer in 2011. I have never known a person who brought so many people personally to Jesus and touched the lives of everyone she met. I don't mean she was courteous or just nice to them, I mean she would go out of her way to see how she could help them, their lives, their walk or search for God, their marriage, their family, their struggles, you name it. She was a woman crusader against sin and hypocrisy before women should do such things. She personally, one on one, led hundreds of people to Christ. I could write for hours but I am too exhausted from losing my beautiful, talented, and other-centered wife. My loss would be greater than I could bear if it were not for Jesus! God truly is Faithful! Her memorial service was Tuesday November 20th at James Funeral Home ( in their Chapel) at10520 Arahova Drive Huntersville, NC. Sam, Teah, and Dwaine have been so supportive and went out of their way to make sure her memorial service was exactly as Jacqui and the family wanted. It honoured my wife but more importantly the service honored the Savior we follow, Jesus. Jacqui's was a Life well spent not just lived! I told her before she passed away that heaven gains citizens everyday, but on November 13th, they gained a Champion!
