James Robert Becknell's Obituary
James Robert “Bobby” Becknell, 66, of Charlotte died December 31, 2015 at his home. He was bornon April 24, 1949 in Norfolk, VA to the late Randolph and Lockee Becknell. Bobby was a proud teamster, working as a long haul truck driver.
Survivors include his wife Susan; son Robby of Spartanburg; brother Randy of Wilmington; and brother-in-law, Tommy Howard of Virginia. He was preceded in death by his son Paul.
Memorials may be made to Oak Grove U.M.C.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, January 4 at Oak Grove U.M.C. with visitation one hour prior to the service.
