James Parker Patterson's Obituary
James Parker Patterson, 74, of Huntersville died July 3rd, 2017 at the Levine and Dickson Hospice House. He was born on October 4, 1942 in Laurens, SC to the late Heyward and Ruth Patterson. Mr. Patterson graduated from Red Springs High School and the Charlotte Business College. He was a past member of the Westchester Optimist Club. He enjoyed golf, Nascar racing and coaching Little League ball and old cars. He retired from the ABC Board and was co-owner of Beauregards Too Deli and Bar.
He is survived by his wife Jean; son, Keith and wife Martha of Charlotte; daughter, Sheila Harrison and husband Stoney of Mt. Pleasant NC; grandchildren, Lindsey, Brittany, Emily, and great-grandchild, Makailyn.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 at Pritchard Memorial Baptist Church (Pritchard at South End) in Charlotte with Memorial service beginning at 11:00 AM in church sanctuary.
Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to Levine and Dickson Hospice House, 11900 Vanstory Dr. Huntersville, NC 28078 or the GCSPCA, via. charlottespca.org.
