Jane Vanderburg Turpin's Obituary
Jane (Pait) Vanderburg Turpin, 85, of Denver died May 12, 2023. She was born on August 3, 1937 in Bladen County, NC to the late Ernest and Mary Pearl Pait. Jane was a member of Back Creek A.R.P. and then Westport Baptist Church. She retired from Duke Energy after many years of service. Jane was a true fashionista. She loved being around people and never met a stranger!
She is preceded in death by her husbands Archie Clayton Vanderburg and Billy Turpin.
Survivors include her daughter, Beth Middleton and husband Rob of Denver; special niece Carol Ann McDaniel; and granddaughter, Sydney. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews that loved their Aunt Jane!
The funeral service will be held at 11 AM Monday, May 15 at James Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10-11 prior. Burial will follow at Back Creek ARP Church.
Memorials may be made to the Gordon Hospice House.
