Joan always made me laugh so hard my eyes watered and my belly hurt. She knew how to cheer me up and make the blues go away. That was all from down south all the way to Brockton by messenger. Will miss your sense of humor joan . Will miss our conversations by text. R.I.P. my friend.
I met Joan in 1959 when we were in 6th grade. I had just moved to Brockton & she was in the seat in front of me. We were pretty much inseparable throughout our teen years & the Henderson household was my second home. We were in each other’s weddings & kept in touch throughout our lives. She was a warm, funny & true friend. I will miss her terribly.
Joan felt like family during the young days of raising our kids. I could count on her visits daily ! We would hop in the car dragging Stephane , David and Julie around with us stopping at stores , consignment shops and her favorite pewter store . My daughter was put in a speech class due to her acquiring Joans Boston accent 😂 We had lots of fun during those days. Our hearts are very saddened by her passing. Rest In Peace sweet friend ❤️

We have so many memories it’s hard to choose one . We just had a great time any where we went and did . She always made me laugh with the things she would say . I’m so lucky to have known someone like her.and to call her girlfriend . Goodbye. My friend .
I have so many I’m not sure which one is best. I guess it was went to Bermuda right after graduation. We were so young and naive. Had the best time and so many laughs. RIP girlfriend
