John B. Uteck's Obituary
John Bernace Uteck, 47 of Charlotte, NC passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2015 surrounded by his family at the Levine& Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville, NC.
He was born on June 21, 1968 in Montreal, Canada and was the son of the late Paula Peters Uteck. John was a loving father and husband. If he wasn't home he was on a ball field with his children, vacationing, or spending time with his family. He always loved watching his children in any sports they participated in. His children were his pride and joy. In his spare time he loved the creativity of making wood turn in to beautiful pieces of art. Many who knew him, and he admired, received a gift of a pen, bowl or ornament. He was loving and caring, always smiling, and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his wife, Sherri; daughter Brittany, and twin sons Matthew and Christopher. His father Donald Uteck of LaFleche, Canada, and sister, Ann Mozel of Regina, Canada and many other cherished family members.
A Memorial service will be held to celebrate John's life on Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at 2:00 pm in James Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service in the Community Room of James Funeral Home.
