John Cooper's Obituary
John Brian Cooper, 36, of Charlotte NC, passed away at his home on April 21, 2023. He was born in Muskegon, MI on May 18, 1986 to Johnny Cooper and Mashele Arndt.
John graduated Ravenna High School in 2004, he then joined the Navy. He married his wife Amber (Poeppel) in 2006, relocated to Charlotte and that’s where they raised their children.
John was an outgoing, energetic person. He was kind and helpful to anyone in need. He cared deeply for his family and friends. John was a devoted husband and father, always up for an adventure. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, hiking, working out, being outdoors, and spending time with his kids.
John is survived by his wife, Amber Cooper; children, Jonathan, Kaitlyn, Allison, Josilyn, and Colton Cooper; parents Johnny Cooper and Mashele Arndt; siblings, Lindsey Cooper, Joseph Bouwhuis, Emilee Hoehn, Savana Cooper, and Benjamin Cooper; grandmother, Marie Guerrero; uncles, Bruce Garrett and Scott Cooper (Rikki); aunts, Elaine Schwaiger (Scott), Sheri Bermejo, and Tracy Cooper. Many loving cousins and extended family; also Blake and Noah Robinson
John is preceded in death by; grandparents Brian and Patricia Garrett; grandfather, John Cooper; step grandfather, Tom Guerrero
Celebration of life services will take place in both Charlotte and Michigan; dates to be determined.
