John Calvin McAulay, Sr. 72 of Huntersville died October 4, 2014 at his home. He was born on February 25, 1942 in Mecklenburg County to the late Arthur and Drucilla McAulay. Survivors include his wife Judy McCorkle McAulay; daugh Read Obituary
Mike and I were neighbors with John and his family for years. John was a great person and had a very nice family. John was a dedicated father and husband and a very good person. He will be missed by many. We will always treasure his friendship and appreciate the time he spent serving his country. We pray for his family during this time of loss.
So sorry to hear about Johnny. I knew him many years ago when he coached our ball team. All of us loved him. He even let us girls play. I have a lot of fond memories of those days and how wonderful he was to all of us. My sincere condolences to the family. God bless you.
