I was fortunate to spend 9 years at Davidson College and to be a friend of Doodle those 9, plus 15 more years after leaving Davidson. Doodle would often call me or I would call him. He kept up with how my team was performing and with how my family was doing. We would discuss fun times at Davidson and he kept me posted on activities on campus and in the community.
I have learned over the years that if you were a friend to Doodle, that friendship was for life.
I know where this Child of God is today. My love goes out to Mittie and the family.
