Johnnie Diane McAlpine's Obituary
Johnnie Diane McAlpine, age 59, of Stanley, NC passed away on Saturday, August 9, while in the care of Novant Health Medical Center in Huntersville, NC. Diane was born on Saturday, May 7, 1966 in Charlotte, NC to John and Evelyn (Tanner) Henley. She was married to David A McAlpine. Diane taught pre-school at Chesterbrook Academy in Huntersville, NC.
Diane was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with her family.
Diane was predeceased by her father. Left to cherish her memory are her husband David, her mother Evelyn Henley, her son Brandon A McAlpine and his wife Brianna, her sisters, Pamela Gavurnik and her husband Randy and Kelly Griffith and her husband Jason and her grandchildren, Brantley McAlpine and Tianna Burns.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at James Funeral Home, 10520 Arahova Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078.
