Joseph J. Kaestner, Sr., 89, of Huntersville died March 29, 2013 at the Levine & Dickson Hospice House. He was born on April 8, 1923 in Norwalk, CT.
Survivors include his wife Doris Gallager Kaestner; sons, Tom and wife Karen of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Bob and wife Susan and Joe Kaestner, Jr. and wife Sharon, all of Charlotte; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Charlotte, 1420 E. 7th St., Charlotte, NC 28204.
Services will take place in his hometown of Norwalk, CT.
