Joseph Norkett's Obituary
Joseph Ronald Norkett, 87, of Huntersville, passed away on August 8, 2025. He was born on January 17, 1938, in Iredell County to the late Earl and Bobbie Norkett.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army and spent his career as a purchasing agent in the turf and irrigation industry. He was a devoted member of Hopewell Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey Norkett; his daughter, Amanda (Anthony). His son, Danny, preceded him in death.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 13, at Hopewell Presbyterian Church, with visitation to follow in the Family Life Center.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to Samaritan’s Purse.
