Joseph Ray Dugan's Obituary
Joseph Ray Dugan, 67, of Huntersville, passed away Monday, August 21, 2017.
Joe was a native of Gaston County, NC, the son of the late Carlin and Rachael Dugan. He was a graduate of Garinger High School. Joe loved riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, racing sailboats on the lake, playing golf, and shag dancing.
Mr. Dugan is survived by his wife of 32 years, Dale Furr Dugan, with whom he has been with for 43 years, daughter, Andrea Warren, son, Shawn Warren all of Huntersville, sister, Linda Dugan Smith (Julius) of Indian Trail, brother, J.C. Dugan, Jr. (Kay) of Fort Mill, SC, granddaughter, Chelsea Cannon, great-granddaughter, Addy Cooper both of Stanley, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Joe’s birthday, Saturday, August 26 from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 12 p.m. at James Funeral Home of Huntersville.
