Joyce Andrews of Charlotte, NC passed away on February 22, 2015 at Sardis Oaks Nursing Facility in Charlotte.
She was born in Rockaway, NY to the late James and Whilemena Cummings Sparks on July 25, 1941.
She is survived by her daughter, Abigail.
