Joyce Priddy Kennedy's Obituary
Joyce Priddy Kennedy, 77, of Cornelius, died Sunday, June 11, 2017 at Carolinas Healthcare Charlotte.
Joyce was born in Dayton, OH on May 18, 1940. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Betty Priddy; her brother, Gary Priddy, and her twin sister, Joann Priddy Wetz. Joyce was retired from Carolinas Healthcare System as a CNA.
Joyce is survived by her husband, James M. Kennedy III of the home, ex-husband, Michael Wheeler of Myrtle Beach, SC, son, David M. Wheeler, daughters, Susan W. Pruitt, Jennifer W. Estridge, step-sons; James M. Kennedy IV, Kenneth R. Kennedy, Bruce J. Kennedy, and 13 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 14 at James Funeral Home of Huntersville. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow at Mount Zion United Methodist Church Community Cemetery.
