Karen Janell Goff's Obituary
Karen Goff, 60, of Lowesville passed away on October 8, 2023, following a brief illness. She was born on August 25, 1963, in Abingdon, VA.
To know Karen was to love her. She could brighten up the darkest room with just a smile and her wonderful personality. She never met a stranger and always treated everyone with kindness and respect.
She is preceded in death by her beloved father William “Bill” Goff.
Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Mae Goff; brother, Larry Goff and his wife Susan; niece, Kayla Goff; her dog, Scout; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends, all of whom she loved dearly. She adored her job and work family at Prestige Building Company where she was a superintendent for 20 years.
Funeral services will be held at Hills Chapel United Methodist Church on Friday, October 13, at noon. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral, starting at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Via Health Partners, or Hills Chapel UMC in her memory.
