Bob, I am just hearing this sad news. Kappy was always smiling and had a kind word. She was a loyal and loving friend to so, so many (as are you sir). Words are inadequate to describe the feeling of loss. Prayers for you and your family my friend. God bless.
Bob, I am so so sorry for your loss! She was such an amazing woman! I will always remember Her infectious laugh! And my heart will always be lightened when I think of her enveloping hugs! She was like a mom to me when I was so far from my own mom! Thanks for sharing her with me! You are in my prayers!
Her joyful laugh. Really, there was nothing like it. Like a musical frame for some of my happiest childhood memories. All the hours playing at the Canfield house. Kappy holding court in the kitchen. I learned this weekend that Bob and Kappy met at my parents’ wedding and married a couple of years later. She and Bob gave a great interview for a 40th anniversary video for my folks. Now she’s gone on the Glory. She left love in her wake. I’ll miss her.
Bob & family, I am at a loss for words . Kappy was one of those people you wanted as a friend. She had the most noticeable and infectious laugh of anyone I knew. She always had a smile on her face. We had great times being MYF Counselors together. Walking in to the church Sanctuary just won't be the same without her sitting on that front pew saying Good Morning to everyone. I just pray she knew how much she was loved. My prayers are with you all.
