Kathleen "Kathy" Schramm's Obituary
Kathleen (Kathy) Elizabeth Huttemann Schramm, 76, of Huntersville, NC, peacefully entered eternal life surrounded by her family on February 7, 2025.
Kathy was born to Joseph and Elizabeth Huttemann and was raised in Iselin, NJ. She attended John F. Kennedy Memorial High School where she met her loving husband of 57 years Robert (Bob) Schramm with whom she had three children.
Kathy was an extraordinary wife, mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, daughter, sister and friend. She treasured her family and friends and gave selflessly of herself. She had a beautiful soul that shined bright, always bringing joy, love, laughter and fun to any occasion. Her upbeat personality, positive outlook and humor put everyone at ease. She made the best of every situation. To know her was to love her.
Her memory will be forever cherished by her husband, Bob; their children, Colleen Fea (Matthew), Michele LaRocca (Donald) and Robert Schramm (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Michael and Mary Beth Fea and Ava, Addison and Brooklyn Schramm; her brothers, Ronald (Carol) and Joseph (Lynn) Huttemann; in-laws; nieces and nephews. She was a guiding light in their lives, and her love and spirit will continue to uplift and inspire them.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation on Friday, April 11, 2025 at 10:00 am at the Church of St. Joan of Arc (100 Willow Bend Rd., Marlton, NJ 08053). Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 am at the church. A reception to celebrate Kathy’s life will follow at Indian Spring County Club (115 S. Elmwood Road, Marlton, NJ 08053) from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathy’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at stjude.org.
Kathy’s family extends its deepest gratitude for the love and support shown during this time. May her legacy of kindness, devotion and determination live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
