Kenneth Bodnar's Obituary
Kenneth J. Bodnar, age 70, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2019 in Asbury Health and Rehabilitation Center, Charlotte, N.C. after a brief illness. Ken was born in New York City, on January 16, 1948 to Margaret and William Bodnar. He worked as an IT manager and an investment broker for many years, and lived in Ossining New York, Reston Virginia and Scottsdale Arizona before settling in North Carolina. He loved flying, travel, motorcycles and outdoor sports.
Ken is survived by his brother William Bodnar, sister Patricia Bodnar-Rosenberg, niece (Emily Rosenberg), nephews (Christopher Bodnar, David Bodnar) and extended family.
Services will be private followed by burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, New York. In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in Ken’s memory be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. https://www.stjude.org/
