Mr. Kenneth Jackson Cooke, of Statesville, N.C. (formerly of Cornelius, N.C.) passed away Thursday, May 11th, 2017 at the young age of seventy-five. Kenneth was the son of Moses and Selma Gamble Cooke of Cornelius, N.C. Kenneth Read Obituary
I just read Mr. Cooke's obituary in the Lake Norman Citizen paper. I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Cooke's passing. My wife Lynne and I are longtime friends of his son, Chris Cooke. We only met Mr. Cooke a couple times, before the sale of the Cooke's farm/property. Chris always spoke highly of his father. Our thoughts and prayers are with Chris, his mother, and the entire Cooke Family. God bless.....
Was shocked and so sorry to hear of Kenneth's death. I only learned about it a few days ago and sorry that I missed the funeral because all of the Cooke Family was my extended family.
Robert and I grew up together and were in scouts and I spent many a night at their home and enjoyed Selma's wonderful cooking. My heartfelt prayers and sympathy goes out of all of the
family and I know they are comforted by the fact that Kenneth is in Heaven with the Lord.

Dear Kay, just read about Kenneth and wanted to say how sorry I am. I lost Mickey 5 years ago and it is so hard. I hope you can find strength and comfort in the Lord, He is what has gotten me through it all. If you ever need a shoulder you have my email address. I know we have not seen each other since graduation but we never forget. I spent many years enjoying Mary's company and we always spoke of you. Take care.
