Leonard Cook's Obituary
Leonard "Lenny" Charles Cook, 63, of Huntersville, died November 15, 2012 at his residence. He was born on August 28, 1949 in Irwin, PA to the late Charles and Hope Cook. He worked as an environmental engineer before retirement.
Survivors include his wife Mary Margaret Cook; sons, Dayne Cook of Charlotte and Tyler Cook of Huntersville; brother, Bruce Cook and wife Peggy and sister, Becky Welsh and husband Darrell, all of Bellingham, WA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Roatan Children's Fund,1966 Tice Valley Blvd. #145 Walnut Creek, CA 94595.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 Monday, November 19 in the chapel of James Funeral Home, 10520 Arahova Dr., Huntersville, with Rev. Naeem Fazel officiating. A reception will follow in the James Funeral Home Community Room. www.jamesfuneralhomeLKN.com
