Leslie Kester's Obituary
Leslie Ruth Bolton Kester, 61, of Cornelius, passed away peacefully in her home January 12, 2011. Born August 8,1949 in Cleveland, OH to the late Harry and Ruth Bolton. She attended Ashland University where she was a member of the Alpha Phi Sorority, Epsilon Alpha Chapter. Leslie was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and touched the hearts of everyone she knew. She was happiest taking care of her home, family and friends.
She leaves to cherish her memory beloved husband Gary Kester; son Doug Kester and wife Kate of Huntersville; brother Jeff Bolton of Statesville and grandsons Jakob, Brady and Cole.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at Grace Covenant Church. The family will receive friends following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
