Lisa Smith's Obituary
Lisa Annette Smith, 58, of Charlotte passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025. She was born on August 6, 1967 in Mecklenburg County, the daughter of Evelyn Holden Smith and the late James Calvin Smith.
In addition to her mother, Lisa is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cristal and Terry Oswalt; son, Billy Redmon; grandchildren, Breanna, Terry, Jeremiah, Blaze, and Gage; great grandchild, Jackson; and brother, Jimmy Smith. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Tammy Smith.
Lisa loved her family and enjoyed spending lots of time with her grandchildren. She loved to cook and would make the most amazing family meals. She enjoyed being outdoors, especially if she was around the water, whether it be by the ocean, lake, or swimming pool. Lisa will be remembered as being one-of-a-kind, kindhearted, and someone who would do anything to help others.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, 12:00 – 1:00 PM, at James Funeral Home of Huntersville. Funeral services will be held after the visitation beginning at 1:00 PM with Pastor Jimmy Jones officiating.
