Lois Milam's Obituary
Lois Ann Milam, 87, of Iron Station, NC passed away Thursday, April 18, 2024.
Lois was born on June 26th, 1936, in Glen Rodgers WV, to the late Hubert Jack Herron, and Willie Elizabeth Herron.
Lois was a Homemaker who loved her family, and always putting them first. She enjoyed trips to the Mountains, hiking, and working in her flower beds.
In addition to her parents, Lois is proceeded in death by her, husband Delmar Milam of 59 years, and sisters Nellie Garner, and Patsy Ruth Smith.
She is survived by her son, Johnny Milam (Gina) of Kannapolis, NC; daughter, Sheila Russell (Todd) of Iron Station, NC; sisters, Evelyn Conner of Oak Hill, WV, Gail Blake of Beckley, WV, Shirley Edwards of Hill Top, WV, and June Blake of Alaska; brother; Virgil Herron (Charlotte) of Oak Hill, WV; grandchildren, Tyler Russell of Denver, NC, Erika Oster of Kannapolis, NC, Trevor Russell of Iron Station, NC, and Dylan Milam of Kannapolis, NC.
A private grave side service will be held in Beckly WV. (Blue Ridge Cemetery).
James Funeral Home, of Huntersville, is serving the family and obituary lovingly written by the family.
