Dear Evelyn, Darlene, Belinda and Toni... Your thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated by the entire family. We will hold on tight to the love she showed to all of us. Again, thank you for your kindness and prayers.
Mrs. White... Thank you for your kind words. Mom thought a lot of you and enjoyed Alan as he was growing up. She enjoyed being Mom to many of our friends as we grew up. Your thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated.
Diane and Lloyd... Thank you for your kind remembrances of my Mom, Lucille. She certainly was a person who enjoyed life. I am so thankful for your kindness to both Mom and Dad. Your giving spirit does not go unnoticed. Thank you for all you have done for Mom and our family.
Sally... You have been a part of Mom's life for a long time. You are right about her smile. As a younger man, I really didn't appreciate all of my mother's gifts and talents. As I grew older I fully understand her love for family, friends and life in general. I am really in awe of the depth of a Mother's love. Thank you for your kind remembrances, prayers, and words of encouragement. I am glad Mom (and all of us) know you and consider you a friend.
Renee and Chris... Thank you for your prayers for strength for my Mom and our family. She will be greatly missed. Your thoughtfulness is touching. Thanks, again,
Martha and Jeff.... My mother was a special lady as you know. She loved being a member of First Baptist and loved your Mom and Dad so much. You all are such an important part of all of our lives. Your prayers and kind words mean an awful lot. Thank you!!
Your thoughtfulness during this difficult time is greatly appreciated. Lucille was a wonderful Mother to her children as well as a friend to many. She will be greatly missed, but we know that God's plan is greater than we can fathom. Thank you again for all of your prayers for our Mother and the entire family.

I am sorry to hear of Lucille's passing. She was a special lady and a friend. My son Alan spent many hours at her house with Scott when they were little. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.
