Margaret Ann Goldsmith Rhoades, age 81, of Huntersville, died on Friday, August 10, 2018. She was born in Havre, MT, a daughter of the late, Walter and Leona Legler Goldsmith. Margaret earned her Master’s degree from Ball State U Read Obituary

Margaret was a very talented and kind lady. Beautiful memories start in Charlottesville and then again in Greenfield where she always gave 100 percent to her community.

We are so sorry for your loss Allen Nolen and Beth Nolen Arthur. Mrs Rhoades was a very special teacher. She was very kind and compassionate.

She was one of the kindest, gentlest souls. What an inspiration!
So many years have passed, but the sweet memory of Margaret will always linger in my heart. She was like a 2nd mother to me during my childhood in Greenfield. She was always so patient with all the children. Her home was filled with love and laughter. She and Jack and the entire Rhoades family are precious to me. My deepest condolences to everyone. As a child, I was greatly influenced by Margaret - her patience, sweetness and music-making. She taught Baha'i children's class in her home. Indeed her entire family has a special place in my heart. I wish I could be there. Sending you all a big hug.

So sorry, sad and surprised to hear the news of Margaret's passing. I will miss her presence when occasionally she and Jack attended devotions and other events at the Charlotte Baha'i Center.
