Martha Edgerton Bullard's Obituary
Martha Edgerton Bullard, 91, of Huntersville, NC died February 7, 2014 at The Summit Place of Mooresville. She was born in Rosewood, NC on August 2, 1922 to the late Michael Allen Edgerton and Ada Blalock Edgerton. She worked as a bookkeeper in banking.
Survivors include her daughter Linda Broadway and husband Jerry of Huntersville, NC and 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Clayton Bullard; son, Gene Bullard and 1 grandchild, Gina.
Memorials may be made to Samaritan’s Purse (for care of orphans) P.O. Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm Sunday, February 9, 2014 at James Funeral Home. Visitation will be 3-4:00 pm prior in the chapel. Burial will be 2:00 pm Monday, February 10, 2014 at Oakdale Cemetery in Wilmington, NC.
