So sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one in death can be the most devastating thing a human can face. The bible though, makes this promise. At Isaiah 26:19 Jehovah God assures us, "Your dead ones will live.....They will rise up." The Bible also says: "The righteous themselves will possess the earth and they will reside forever upont it." -Psalm 37:29 You too can have real confidence in such promises.

Margie - I graduated with Marvin. You have my deepest sympathy and understanding. My husband died suddenly three months ago. No one can know exactly how you feel. I learned that fact very quickly but I can come very close to that feeling and I want you to know that you have my prayers that God will support you every step of your journey. I pray for your family as they travel this road with you. I pray that your friends and church will stay close by to support you in all the ways you will need their support. I also pray that you are able to let them support you. Marvin, like my husband, was a very gently and humble servant of his life on earth and I know that continues in his eternal life. May God hold you close and may you feel his comfort and find peace along the way knowing that one day you will be together again. That is the thought that keeps me going and I hope it will work for you.
