Maxine, I was thinking about you and Marvin living next door to us back in the 70’s. I googled y’all and saw where Marvin had passed away. I’m sure sorry. We remember helping Marvin put together a bike for Randy one Christmas Eve. Lots of fun memories with you next door. Linda and Charles Patrick

I grew up next door to Marvin. He and Maxine were the best neighbors anyone could have. I have a lot of sweet memories of him. Whether I was trick or treating, selling something for school, house sitting etc. He was always so kind to me growing up. I simply loved him and will miss him dearly. My prayers are with Maxine and family.
Marvin was truly a great person. His smile and laughter every Saturday morning will be missed by all the Grunts group. Rest in Peace my friend. Prayers for all of the family. Scott McCall
There couldn't have a better person in the trucking industry to work with. Lynn and I always enjoyed being with him and Maxine whether work or pleasure. He will be surely missed. I said a prayer for Marvin and his family.

Marvin was a true gentleman in the trucking industry when many folks could not go through the crazy changes that occurred with buy outs, unusual managements, and many things I remember since the 1970s when we met. Most folks do not know how many trials that occurred during those times but some of do. And we value our time spent with him. The family can be very proud of him!!!!!!!
