Mary Margaret Lewis Lukeman (83) widow of Major General Robert Patrick Lukeman former resident of Arlington and McLean, VA., passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2015 in Charlotte, NC. She was born on February 27, 1931 to Allan and Matilda Lewis in Shippenville, PA. She is survived by two sisters: Theda Salerno of Pueblo, Colorado, and Joyce Spitzer of Charlotte, NC. Aunt to Michelle Ziegler, Christopher Salerno, Erik Spitzer and Alicia Watson. Great Aunt to Henry and Rowan Ziegler, Timothy and Gregory Watson, Andrew and Addison Spitzer. Step- mother to
Patricia Anne McConnell of TX, Christine Ellen Weinstein of CA and Robert Lukeman Jr of TX. Step-children; Kevin, Ryan and Collin McConnell, Taylor Mosher, Clair and Robert Patrick Lukeman , III. She had 36 years of being an Administrative Secretary, supporting military operations which began when she graduated from the Stenotype Institute of Pittsburgh, PA., where she was chosen by

The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at Arlington on April 3, at 9:00.
