Michael Francis Randall's Obituary
Michael Francis Randall, age 74, died Saturday, October 14, 2017. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, a son of the late Frank J. and Mary B. Randall.
Michael entered the US Navy at the age of 17. Upon his discharge he married Camille Furfaro and they recently celebrated 52 years of marriage. In 1999, he retired to NC to be close to his children and grandchildren. Prior to his retirement he owned his own business, West End Supply.
He was a faithful member of St. Mark Catholic Church, an enthusiastic Jets fan, loved watching old movies, walking and reading.
In addition to his loving wife, Camille, Michael is survived by his three daughters, Denise (James) Kirch of Huntersville, Debbie (Brian) VanEmmerik of Fort Mill, Diane (John) Caperna of Huntersville, five grandchildren, Kevin VanEmmerik, Megan (Ryan) Smith, Andrew and Erin Kirch and Jason Caperna; twelve brothers and sisters and a very large extended family.
The family will receive friends Thursday, October 19 at 10:15 a.m. in the narthex of St. Mark Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. A luncheon will follow at James Funeral Home Community Room.
