Mildred Bowers Austin's Obituary
Mildred Lenora Bowers Austin, 85, of Mooresville died Monday, July 21, 2014 at the Levine & Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville.
She was born on May, 29, 1929 in Randolph County, NC. She was the daughter of the late J. C. and Matta Adams Bowers, and the wife of the late Fairley Austin.
Survivors include her two sons Thurman Burkley Austin and wife Cathy of Mooresville, and Eubert Austin and wife Kathy of Heathrow, Fl; three sisters, Mrs. Shirley Edwards, Mrs. Ruth Deloufk and Mrs. Rose Marie Morgan; three brothers, Mr. Charles Bowers, Mr. Claude Bowers and Mr. Darrell Bowers.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 23, 2014, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at James Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Forest Lawn West Cemetery in Charlotte.
