Myron Duncan's Obituary
Myron Duncan, 88 of Huntersville went to be with His Lord on May 19, 2014. He was born on January 12, 1926 in Champagne County, OH to the late David and Thersa Duncan.
WW ll veteran, restaurant owner, General foreman for the Ironworkers building the Alaskan Pipeline, devoted husband, father and grandfather; he was an inspiration to all.
Survivors include his bride of 60 years Lois; Son Charles Duncan of Anchorage, AK, and daughters, Debra Doyle and special friend Gregory Butler of Cornelius, NC, Nancy Weil and husband David of Bloomington, IN, Lori Kay Finch and husband Andrew of Huntersville, NC. Siblings, Joanna Purk, Wesley Duncan and Teresa Scott. Grandchildren, Ryan and special friend Kayla Jones, Tyler, Kiley, Eric, Lindsay, Aaron, Caleb, Echo and great-grandchild, Paris.
A viewing will be held from 2-3 at Christ Community Church on Thursday, May 22. The service will follow in the church at 3:00 with Rev. Jack Homesley officiating.
