I hadn't heard from Nathan in a while, and I am just coming across this sad news. I adore Nathan! We first were colleagues many years ago, and continued our friendship long after our working relationship ended. He was always more interested in how I was doing than he was in talking about himself. My heart breaks over this finding, although I know he is happy and free with his brother and parents, and is now keeping watch over his family which he deeply loved. My wish is for peace to all who loved and cared about him. RIP my friend.

I knew Nate from work. He had such a tender heart and cared about other people so much. He commiserated with me when my mother died and we talked about our respective mothers and our family members quite a bit. I will miss him.

Nate is a beautiful soul. He welcomed me so lovingly at Harris Teeter. He supported me during my family member’s death and only knew me for a few months. We had great convesations and laughs at work. He gave me the sweetest hugs and I do know he is happy with his mother and brother now. See ya around Nate the Great!

I feel such a loss. I have worked with Nate for 6 years. We both loved the Panthers so much. I took him to a game with me and also gave him tickets so he and his friend could go. Oh how we loved talking football. Nate also frequented “Dilworth” as we call it. My son was a former owner and I worked there for many years. Nate and I shared many friends from there.
