Patrick Gene Creek's Obituary
Mr. Patrick Gene Creek, 36, of Charlotte, NC, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016.
A native of Charlotte, NC, Patrick was a lifetime Carolina Tarheel fan. He enjoyed classic cars, playing golf, and most of all, spending time with his family and friends. Patrick liked to travel and spend time hiking and camping in the mountains. He had an outgoing heart, was family oriented, and had the most beautiful smile. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. Patrick was a Boy Scout, a member of the Order of the Arrow, and a Life Scout with the Boy Scouts of America. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Ellen Creek, a sister, Christy Lynn Creek, and paternal grandfather, Gene Ivan Creek.
Patrick is survived by his mom, Jerri Drury (James), father, Barry Gene Creek (Susan), children; Gage Alb, Samuel Creek, Chase Creek, Serenity Rose Creek, grandson, Jesse Alb, brothers; Nathan Creek (Star), Wesley Creek (Lisa), Jesse Drury (Amy), AJ Drury (Anna), Jeremiah Bell (Linda), sisters; Brynette Renè McKinney (Paul), Harmony Jean Creek, Tamara Ketron (Galen), Patricia Bell, Deihlia “Deede” Bell (Garth Edwards), paternal grandmother, Gwendolyn Rose “Nana” Creek, maternal grandparents; Mary and Bill Roseberry, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 31 at Northside Baptist Church Fine Arts Center, 333 Jeremiah Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28262. A memorial service will follow at 12:00 p.m. at Northside Baptist Church Fine Arts Center.
