My thoughts and prayers to Pat's family. I was saddened to hear of his sudden passing.
I had the privilege of working with Pat on New Jersey Transit's River LINE start up project. His prior military and civil experiences with start up administrative and budgetary processes were invaluable to our overall mission. His sense of humor, calm demeanor and factual approach to problems inspired a positive work environment for all.
Sadly missed but many happy memories!

"Mr. Pat" was very special to our family and neighborhood street. He shared a birthday with our Bonus Baby #1, Max. His kindness in helping us to transport things in his truck (before our Ian got his own), his help with household and yard projects, and his sweet wave & smile when out with Sadie daily were highlights of our day-to-day life here on Chilgrove. I often saw him volunteering at St. Mark Catholic Church when I was the music teacher for the preschool there, he always had a smile and a wave for all my sweet kids in music class. His presence is deeply missed, and please know that our family is ready to offer anything you might need at this difficult time, especially going forward through the holidays. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord...
I live up the street and always enjoyed seeing Pat walking Sadie. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. We would always chat and he was really kind to my obnoxious dog that always gave him a hard time. I will miss seeing him out for sure. We would love to help out going forward in any way.
