Anne Kabo
Paula was one of my dearest and most beloved friends, dating back to 1971, when we were both teaching English at Oakcrest High School in Mays Landing, NJ.
Paula was both a beautiful and talented woman. I still remember how she would arrive at school, dressed in a lovely dress she had made herself. At lunch time, often she would feast on a turkey and lettuce sandwich made from her home baked bread, her own grown garden lettuce, and turkey meat from the turkey she had roasted the day before!
When my daughter Sarah was born, Paula made a patch work baby quilt for her, and when my son, Louis came along, Paula made another amazing quilt for him. Both quilts have been cherished since received, and they are now both framed, and hang in a loving spot in my home!
Life offers many blessings. Paula was one of my most precious blessings. I will always love her.
Sincerely,
Anne Kabo
