Penny Allen's Obituary
Pansy “Penny” Fleming Allen, 79, of Charlotte, NC, died January 13, 2014 at Novant Presbyterian Hospital in Matthews. She was born on April 15, 1934 in Burke County. She owned and operated Penny’s Beauty Salon in Derita.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas B. Allen, II and her daughter Tammy.
Survivors include her son Brad Allen and wife Dianne of Charlotte and granddaughter Shelby.
Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 Friday, January 17 in the chapel of James Funeral Home, 10520 Arahova Dr. Huntersville. Visitation will be 1-2 PM prior at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Sharon Memorial Park.
