Rafael Luperena, 67, of Huntersville, NC., died October 24, 2013 at Gastonia Healthcare & Rehabilitation Nursing Home.
He was born on January 12, 1946 in San Juan, PR to the late Alberto and Amelia Luperena.
Survivors include his wife Patricia M. Luperena; daughter, Patricia of Huntersville; 2 grandchildren and siblings, George, Carmen and Gladys.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
