I was stunned yesterday when I learned of Rick dying in the accident. My son and I were having dinner at Carrabba's where Rick and I knew each other well. He had waited on my husband and I many times. My husband's name was Rick also. He passed away May 28th. Hearing about your son completely derailed me, reducing me to tears. I am so very sorry for your loss. My two favorite Ricks are now in Heaven. I hope they have seen one another. I pray for peace and comfort for you. I am so sorry for your loss. The Bible provides comfort during these difficult times. Revelation 21:3,4 states “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away”. Very soon now, we will never experience losing our loved ones in death. Hope these words give you a new hope.

We are so sorry for the loss of your son. I had the pleasure of knowing Rick thru the gym working out with him. He also waited on us several times at Carabbas. You should be proud of him and I am sure God will have a special place for him in Heaven. God bless Rick.....

Although we have not seen or spoken to each other in a long while, I have kept up with your family through Terri. I remember Little Rick as a beautiful little boy, but know he had grown into an amazing young man.
