Richard John Walker's Obituary
Richard John Walker, 93 of Huntersville North Carolina, passed away Saturday June 21, 2025. He was born on October 9, 1931, in Buffalo NY to the late Walter H. and Ida Walker.
Richard served in the United States Air Force for 23 years and retired as a Master Sergeant. He was also a member of Saint Mark’s Catholic Church and attended their Silver Sneakers exercise program. He was a positive influence and kept everyone moving.
Always staying active, Richard enjoyed taking walks, golfing,and boating in his spare time and most of all spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, Richard is proceeded by his brother, Walter (Arlene). He is survived by his wife, Mary Grace (DeMarco) of 72 years; son, Richard A. (Susan); grandsons, Matthew and Connor; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A military funeral service will be scheduled in Buffalo, NY at a later date.
